1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by SWOP PTE. LTD. ("Swop Labs"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Security & Compliance Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: All security, compliance, and performance claims made on our website or in marketing materials (including but not limited to "99.9% Uptime," "PDPA Compliant," and "Enterprise-Grade Security") are provided for informational purposes only.
These claims are strictly subject to the terms and conditions set forth in our **Master Service Agreement (MSA)** or specific Enterprise Agreement signed between Swop Labs and the Client. In the event of a conflict between this website and the MSA, the MSA shall prevail.
3. Service Provision
Swop Labs provides AI-powered voice and messaging services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We are not liable for any service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or errors caused by third-party infrastructure or service providers (including but not limited to cloud hosting, large language model providers, and communication APIs).
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Swop Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our AI for illegal activities, spamming, or to harass individuals. Violation will result in immediate termination.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice, subject to the terms of your specific subscription tier.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
